The most widely used design, the wheel brush can be mounted either horizontally or vertically, with the tips of the wires doing the actual work as they contact the work piece.
The rugged type construction of our knot wire wheel brushes provides high brush flexibility, more uniform results, maximum safety and efficient operation at high speeds. Brushes larger than 6" should be mounted on stationary tables; those 6" and smaller can be mounted to stationary installations or attached to portable tools. Some applications for our array of knot wire wheels include: removal of rubber flash, paint slag, scale, rust, surface contamination, weld cleaning, blending, finishing, deburring, descaling, skiving, pipeline cleaning, general cleaning.
