Efficient deburring with brushes

Title brochureAdvanced Technology Brush – ATB® are Osborn hightech brushes for deburring of steel, aluminum and casted iron. Contrary to punched brushes, ATB® have a 4 times higher fill density and an absolutely even surface. Plain edge blending, needed for example for cylinderheads and hydraulic parts, is possible. A high service life, reduced maintenance and machine time as will as high process stability are guaranteed. Tool fittings and adaptors for all conventional machines are available.

All polishing processes can be tackled whether brushing, polishing, colouring or superfinishing on aluminium, stainless steel, non-ferrous or plastic.
