USPOBU002 Airway Open Double Cloth Bias Sisal (ODCBS)

A flexible and economical cutting tool with irregular folds of sandwiched sisal and cotton cloth quilted together. The quilting of the cloth and sisal provides flexibility in the buffing of contoured parts, and enables the buff to effectively hold compound. These buffs can produce an aggressive cut or color finish and adapt well to any surface.

Adapts to flat and irregular surfaces.
More Flexibility compared to bias sisal.
Increased compound retention over sisal only products.

Application: The ODCBS buffs are used for fast cutting with a soft finish on primarily flat or contoured parts for ferrous and non-ferrous part. Also commonly used on automotive and motorcycle parts as well as steel tubing and cookware. Buffs can be mounted together to form a wider surface when polishing larger surfaces, particularly on flatbed machines
