Load Runners® are idler rollers developed by Osborn. They are used for transporting and guiding heavy loads in industrial manufacturing processes. Load Runners® can support high radial and axial loads simultaneously.

The idler units, which are prefabricated with tapered roller or deep groove ball bearings, allow effortless assembly and adjustment. The long-life and maintenance-free use is particularly economical. Together with Osborn guide rails, which are manufactured to customer specifications, Load Runners® are an excellent complete solution for linear motion technology.

Osborn Load Runners® is the ultimate heavy-duty load rail and idler roller solution in the industry. Osborn Load Rails are hardened on the rolling surface to 60-65 Rc and offer rail loadings of up to 32 tons per roller. Cam runners are used for moving lighter loads where idler rollers are not needed. Cam runners are significantly different from conventional needle-bearing style cam followers.
